The concluding part of the Faith Trilogy, A Foreign Tongue draws lyrical and musical inspiration from Bergman’s film The Silence, exploring themes of family, childhood, infidelity and suffering. The EP was recorded in December 2020, during a whirlwind of creativity in the midst of the pandemic that spawned all three EPs. This concluding part aims for a more melodic approach to counter-balance the ferocity of the second EP, Shadowless Light.
